- Michelle Szorcsoki Added August 13, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was a fan of Rodney and Nuch for many years, but now I find them to be very unprofessional in their dealings. I booked 3 cruises, a USA holiday and flights etc. I HAVE recieved refunds for all but 2 cruises. They have told me that have received my refund totalling around $8000 from Carnival Cruises, then they say they have not, then they say they have, but no paperwork. Rodney phoned me yesterday and abused me. I have now received information from Carnival Cruise line informing me they have refunded my money to Travel Central, but they refuse to refund me. This is my money, why is it in their bank acct accruing interest. Seriously, my suggestion... do not deal with these people.
